Skies, seas and sands on this scale are not always associated with the English coast; at The Strand they’re twinned with homes fit for such a setting.
Our brief was to enhance an existing planning approval to ensure this development had most stylish buildings and internal properties this high end seaside development deserved. We were also tasked to develop a brand style and voice sufficiently engaging and experiential to market it successfully. While developing layouts to maximise use of space, we’d also have to achieve high-quality interior design CGIs to sell the concept.
We gave the project a name, brand identity and tone of voice which were all at the core of a marketing campaign, site hoardings and brochure. This was all successfully executed in close collaboration with the interior design team. Their involvement meant customers enjoyed an enhanced experience as the team was able to offer a range of furniture packages to interested buyers.
The buzz our campaign generated ensured we were receiving enquiries before the project even began. This momentum never slowed: 90% of the development was sold off plan, at prices 20% above pre-sale estimates. The interiors team worked closely with 2 buyers to design stylish, high end holiday rental furniture packages.
