We love Frugi.

Cut4Cloth was the brainchild of Lucy Jewson, whose concept was to create organic baby clothes that would fit over washable cloth nappies. As the company swiftly established an enthusiastic customer-base it was becoming apparent that they had reached a plateau with the product lines, they were losing their customers as soon as their children were out of nappies and that their existing brand [said what it did on the tin] was restricting any further growth. In 2008 they turned to Absolute. We put them through our unique ‘name game’, strategically and emotively evaluating ‘Cut4Cloth’. ‘Frugi’ emerged, and more importantly, an inspired and fresh brand design and accompanying new communications suite of materials. To target and engage the consumer market ‘Planet Frugi’ and www.welovefrugi.com were also born along with ground breaking recyclable packaging solutions. The business found themselves re-inspired and re-empowered to become communicators and creators of their own destiny. As rapid as they were remarkable, post-rebrand, turnover rocketed by a massive 293% in just two years. We are proud of our work with Frugi – a brand and a business that is still growing and achieving 12 years later. And congratulations to Frugi for winning a Queens award for Enterprise – well deserved…
